Responsibilities & Deliverables
Responsible for Sales & Distribution Management
To achieve sales targets by spreading awareness and promoting InfectionPrevention Control at Dentist specialty.
Prepare clinic wise plan after assessing opportunity for the products.
Proactively do competitor analysis and take actions based on the information
Ensure adequate inventory at Dental distributors.
Ensure timely payment collection from Distributors.
Build good relationship with the Distributors for the smooth functioning of the business.
Qualifications & Experience
Qualification: Graduate – B Pharm/BSc.
Experience: 1 to 2 years in Sales preferable with Dental experience.
Competencies: GoodProduct knowledge / Good Negotiation skills/ Doctors&Distributor meetings organizing capabilities/ Analytical skills / IT skills (MS office).
Language Skills: Fluent in English and local language.
Position Title: Hygiene Leader
Devise strategy to achieve the targets.
Develop customer specific strategy to bag key Institutional clients & acquire business.
To manage & acquire new relationships & source business through them. Train the team to sell products & monitor the performance.
Business planning and implementation with existing as well as new Business avenues. Institutional Sales Representative must understand how products are purchased, ordered & administered in hospitals including formulary process & reimbursement policies in targeted institutions & systems.
To involve working with appropriate teammates (e.g. managed care counterparts, External Scientific Affairs) to enhance technical visibility and enhance company visibility in all accounts to maximize sales in the assigned territory.
Initiating new business in the institutional sales segment targeting Govt. institutions, Public sector undertakings, army & other institutions.
Managing tender business in the institutions.
Build and maintain strong informal networks both inside & outside the organization.
Should have contacts with client institutions.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Increase Sales! To achieve monthly/Quarterly/Yearly Sales / collection Budget
Monitor distributors for their stocks, execution of stocks
Create annual sales plans and present to reporting authority for finalization
Analyze and record sales performance with requisite performance criteria.
Build a network of affluent contacts (i.e. chief decision maker’s at large medical institutions)

Skills and Qualifications Required:

Position Title: Hygiene Specialist
To Achieve monthly / quarterly & yearly sale targets / collection targets
Arranging appointments with doctors, purchase authorities, OT in charges, ICU in charge & related healthcare professionals which may include pre – arranged appointments or visits as per MCL(Master Call/customer List).
Making product presentations to the doctors, OT in charge, ICU in charge & related healthcare professionals & also demonstrate the usage.
Building & maintaining positive working relationship with the supporting staff
Purchase department being a key area, the relationship building has to be extremely positive, supportive and fair.
Planning work schedules & monthly time tables. This may involve working with the team leader / corporate managers & discussing future targets with them.
Monitor competitive activities & competitor’s products
Attend company meetings, technical data presentation & briefings.
Organizing Healthcare professional meetings, CME’s, seminars etc.
Keeping up-to-date with the latest clinical data supplied by the company and interpreting, presenting & discussing the data with healthcare professionals during presentation.
Maintenance of all data & detailed records
Reviewing sales performance.
Identifying & establishing new business
Sending reports (as prescribed) to corporate office & the immediate superior.
To manage and sell Antiseptic & Disinfectants through interaction with Microbiologist /Infection Control Head, OT In charge/Nursing in charge, Purchasing In charge, Intensivist /ICU Incharge.
Knowledge & Skills
Basic knowledge of B2B Selling skills.
Negotiating skills with experience of handling purchasing head of Hospitals.
Should have knowledge of Hospitals of the area and relationship with Key Decision Makers of these Hospitals
Basic Knowledge of Microbiology
Basic knowledge of computer skills.
Minimum 1Year in Frontline sales in Hospital Centric Business (Critical Care or Antiseptic Disinfectants, Surgical Products).
Age: Not more than 25 years
